FAQs
We have had an influx of new clients and phone calls requesting more information about our services. Here are some frequently asked questions and answers to help clear things up.
Q- Are you taking new clients?
A- Yes, we are always accepting new clients for daycare, boarding, and grooming.
Q- Do you offer nail trims?
A- Yes. Dog nail trims with a dremel are $10, and cat and small animals, including rabbits, bearded dragons, and guinea pigs, are $7.
Q- Do I need to make an appointment for a nail trim?
A- No, stop by any time during normal business hours.
Q- Can you accommodate nervous or shy dogs?
A- Yes, but we may request that you come at a less busy time so as to lessen the chance of any stress your furry family member may experience.
Q- Do you offer boarding?
A- Yes. Our boarding rate is $1.67/hour or $40/24 hours. Reservation is required. Established clients can sleep in the daycare room so they are not kenneled as they are already in a familiar setting. New clients will stay in a 6ft x 6ft x 6ft kennel with an elevated bed overnight.
Q- What are your hours?
A- M/W/F 615am-5pm, Tu/Th 630am-5pm. Sat/Sun by appointment only
We offer early grooming appointment times for those who need it.
Q- I have to work during the day, and Saturday appointments fill up quickly. What can I do?
A- I have multiple clients that drop off their pups for grooming before they go to work and pick up their pups after work during the week. We are able to accommodate that - no problem. The cost is the cost of the groom plus a half day daycare fee ($18). Your pup will be taken outside multiple times to go potty and will be able to relax and play with toys and other pups (as long as they are dog friendly) in the groom room.
Q- How do I book a service?
A- Text (preferred) or call Kyrie, the owner, at 814-651-6793
